Sherpa Transfert, formerly PrintMyDTF, is the pioneer of DTF in France. We were the first French online DTF printing service, at a time when ordering DTF transfers simply, quickly and professionally was almost like hunting for treasure.
Today, we produce in France, in our workshop located in Moirans, near Grenoble. We support marking workshops, textile brands, creators, clubs, agencies, embroiderers, screen printers, resellers and textile and object personalization professionals in France and Europe.

Getting started
It all starts with an Epson L1800
The story of Sherpa Transfert begins with an Epson L1800.
Yes, a small poster printer.
Not an industrial competition machine. Not a productivity monster. Rather the kind of machine you look at and think: "with a few modifications, there might be something to do."
And indeed, there was something to do.
At the time, we were looking for a solution to produce micro-series and textile prototypes. We then discovered DTF, a marking technique that was still very little known in France.
The beginnings were… challenging.
Tests, adjustments, failed attempts, temperamental films, powder to tame, results sometimes magnificent, sometimes much less so.
But very quickly, we understood that DTF transfer was going to change textile marking.
This technology allows you to print complex logos, gradients, small details, multicolored visuals and creations difficult to produce with certain more traditional techniques.
All on many textiles, light or dark.
For textile personalization professionals, it was a real revolution.
The need
The breakthrough: 250 black tote bags and a packed weekend
In 2020, we managed e-commerce sites.
A client contacts us to customize 250 black tote bags with a multicolored logo in lettering, with no visible outline and with gradients.
On paper: simple. In real life: a bit less.
For us, the solution was obvious: we needed DTF!
So we looked for a printer capable of producing DTF sheets online in France.
Except at that time, there weren't any.
No clear service. No simple online ordering. No solution really designed for professionals.
So we did the printing ourselves. At a rate of about 13 minutes per print...
Needless to say, the machine heated up, and so did we.
But this order changed everything.
We understood that France was missing a real DTF printing service online. A reliable, accessible, professional service, capable of supporting workshops, brands and marking specialists in their daily needs.
That's how PrintMyDTF was born.
Then PrintMyDTF became Sherpa Transfert.
The name changed. The DNA remained the same: DTF expertise, French production, responsive service and constant desire to improve things.
What's next?
The challenge was met with flying colors!
Today, Sherpa Transfert is one of the leading textile, object and patch personalization services for marking professionals in Europe.
Our starting point remains DTF transfer.
