Over the years, Sherpa Transfert has evolved its workshop, products, and tools to solve very concrete problems: order faster, limit file errors, print on more substrates, and secure technical finishes.
DTF Printing
DTF has made flexible, precise and accessible textile printing possible without high minimums. Sherpa's innovation is having industrialized it with order workflows, file controls and organization adapted to professional volumes.
DTF UV Printing
UV DTF applies the transfer logic to the object: ready-to-apply marking without direct printing on substrate. It's a useful solution for personalizing complex surfaces, small runs, or pre-manufactured items.
Select 3D patches
Select 3D adds relief and a more premium finish to patches. The innovation is to offer a more pronounced visual and tactile rendering, while maintaining reproducible production logic.
DTF special Softshell
Special Softshell DTF addresses a real-world problem: pigment bleed-through on technical textiles. The solution is designed to improve the visual durability of marking on difficult substrates.
Automatic verification
The automatic verification engine detects before production points often invisible to the naked eye: insufficient fineness, semi-transparent pixels, empty areas, file dimensions and consistency.

Since 2022, the Sherpa platform has been evolving in stages to simplify ordering, reduce file errors, and save time for both customers and production teams.
First online orders
The site starts with a simple process: ordering in standard A2, A3, and A4 formats. Files are then manually verified by the team before production.
More autonomy to order
Launch of DTF by the meter for customers who prepare their own sheets. Publication of a comprehensive DTF guide with application conditions to help workshops and resellers secure their productions.
Customer control and tracking
Implementation of automatic verification after ordering, launch of the composite editor, and improvement of customer account with real-time order tracking.
Custom order with logo and AI tools
Launch of logo order to simplify small files. Addition of AI vectorization and background removal tools. PrintMyDTF becomes Sherpa Transfert with a clearer identity for the entire marking offer.
Faster and more complete platform

Production industrielle
Un parc machine industriel, automatisé et développé avec les fabricants
Sherpa Transfert relies on an 800 m² workshop in Moirans, a DTF production facility capable of producing several thousand transfers per day, cutting machines, and internal production management software.
Direct import and co-development
Machines are imported directly from Chinese manufacturers, without going through resellers. Some developments are co-developed for Sherpa Transfert's internal needs.
In-house Software
The fleet is managed by internal production management and automation software developed by the Sherpa team.
Color monitoring
Production is based on precise color management, overseen by an expert trained by European color management leaders.
Capacity and fleet renewal
Our capacity of several thousand DTF transfers per day allows us to handle production peaks and meet stated timelines. We regularly invest to renew and expand our equipment fleet, with several dozen machines purchased since launch from multiple manufacturers.
